Matthew Folks graduated with honors from Brigham Young University. He served in the United States Air Force for seven years as a space operations officer overseeing national defense contractors, civilians, and active duty military members in launching national security and civilian satellites. Mr. Folks earned his MBA from Oklahoma State University before attending Harvard Law School, where he received his J.D.
Before joining his current firm, Mr. Folks practiced at an internationally recognized litigation firm. He has successfully pursued bet-the-company lawsuits and managed patent litigation cases with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake. Mr. Folks’ practice focuses on high-tech, commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.
